Engaging our services

- Changes to agreed scope may affect timelines and cost, and will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Payments
- Payment schedules are agreed per project, typically in milestones.
- Software licenses procured through our reselling service are billed at the time of purchase.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you upon full payment. We may retain the right to reuse general methods, components, and know-how developed during the project.
Limitation of liability
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered products, to the extent permitted by law.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Service projects
- Advance payments confirm project scheduling and cover work already planned or underway; they are generally non-refundable once work has started.
- If you cancel a project before work begins, any advance paid will be refunded minus costs already incurred.
- Milestone payments cover work completed up to that milestone and are non-refundable once the milestone is delivered.
Software reselling
- Software licenses are subject to the refund and cancellation terms of the original publisher or vendor.
- Once a license key has been issued or activated, it generally cannot be refunded.
